Quora Login: The world’s largest question and answer website, Quora, was launched in 2013. The site now has more than 300 million monthly users and over 1 billion answers. It’s no wonder why the site has become such a hit – it’s a great place to get informed answers to almost any question you can think of.
Quora has a feature called ” Communities ,” which are groups of users who share a common interest. You can join one of these communities and ask and answer questions about it. If you’re looking for a more specific topic to research, you can also create your own “Question” category.
It’s a great way to discover new information, and it’s free to sign up. Here’s how you can log into Quora and get started.
Sign up for an Account
The first time you sign up for Quora, you’ll need to enter your email address and a password. You have the option of either creating an account with your Facebook or Google Plus credentials if you want to use Quora as your main account for other websites as well.
Log in using Email and Password
To log into Quora, you will need to enter your email address and password. You’ll be taken to the login page where you can enter your information.
Log in with a Google Account
You can create a Quora account by clicking on the “Sign Up” button. You will be prompted to enter your name and e-mail address. If you have a Google account, you can also log in with that.

Set Up 2-Step Verification
In order to set up 2-Step Verification, you’ll need a phone number, an email address and a security question.
The email address should be one that you check often, as this is where the verification code will be sent. Your security question can be any question of your choosing.
You’ll also need to choose a password for Quora and confirm it. You’ll then have the option to change your password or set up 2-step verification for your account.
To set up 2-step verification (also called “2SV”), you will enter your password and a 6-digit code which is sent to your phone number. If someone tries to log into your account without entering the correct code, they will not be able to get past that step in the process. It is a way of providing extra protection for your account by requiring another form of authentication before logging in.
To log into Quora with 2-step verification enabled, go to https://www.quora.com/login and enter the 6 digit code sent to your phone number when prompted by logging in.
Using a Mobile Device
Quora is compatible with both iOS and Android devices. To log in, use your device’s browser to go to Quora.com and press the “Sign up” button.
- Enter your email address
- Enter a secure password
- Confirm the password
- Press the “Sign Up for Quora” button
Press the “Launch App” button on iOS or tap “Open” on Android. Your browser will open the Quora app automatically. You can then login with your username, email address and password you just created.
If you want to sign up, you must have an account with Facebook or Google already, otherwise you’ll have to create one.
Access with a Google Chromebook
Quora is a free app, but you do need to create an account. You can easily sign up by visiting the Quora homepage and clicking the “Sign Up” button in the upper-right corner.
If you’re using a Google Chromebook, you may find it more complicated to sign up for Quora. This is because Chrome OS does not support third-party apps like Quora. However, there are still two ways you can access Quora:
- Open your browser and go to www.quora.com .
- Visit the Quora website from your phone or tablet (a computer will not work).
Set Up Your 2-Step Verification Code
Before you can log into Quora, you’ll need to set up your two-step verification code. You can do this by clicking on the “Settings” icon, and then clicking “2-step verification.” Once you do that, you should see a screen that asks you to enter your phone number.
When you have entered your phone number, Quora will send a text message with a verification code. You need to enter that code in the appropriate field before continuing – and voila! You’re now logged into Quora!
Sign in with Facebook
If you want to sign in with Facebook, go to the top right corner of the screen and click on ” Log In .” Then click on the button that says ” Log In With Facebook .” Once you’ve signed in, your profile information will show up on Quora.
Use a Google Account to Log in
To log into Quora, you need to create an account with a Google account. If you don’t have one, you can sign up for one now. To sign in with your Google account, enter your email address and password on the screen. Once the login process is complete, you should be able to see your Quora dashboard and start exploring.
Other Ways to Log in
One way to log in is using your Facebook account. If you are logged into Facebook on your phone or computer, you can also use this to login to Quora.
You can also login through Google if you have a Gmail account and have enabled “less secure apps” on your account settings.
Once you’re logged in, Quora will show you all of the topics that you are following and any posts that are waiting for your attention. As soon as the web page loads, click on “Post an Answer” at the top of the screen.
You should see a box titled “Post an Answer” with two options: post anonymously or sign up with Quora. Clicking on either option will allow you to create your own post.
