How to Delete Comcast Account
Your account cannot be deleted through Comcast Cable’s website or mobile app.
To permanently delete an account, you would currently need to contact customer care at 1-800-Xfinity or 1-800-Comcast.
You can also close your Comcast account using the following techniques.
- Chat with Comcast Customer Support online to delete the account.
- Visit the local Xfinity Store.
- Send an online cancellation form requesting to delete your account.
- Send your cancellation request through mail to Comcast Cable with the following details.

Do not forget to include your first and last name, service address, account number, and phone number.
What happens Upon Deleting Comcast Account?
Depending on the option you choose, your account will be terminated immediately or during the following few business days.
Please be aware that all settings, preferences, emails, and voicemails would be lost upon permanent deletion.
Your Comcast.net email address is still yours even if you terminate your Comcast service.
However, if you have signed in to your account within 90 days of the service being discontinued, you will still have access to your email.
